Customs & Import Taxes

For orders outside of the UK, the buyer is responsible for any applicable import tax and/or duties that may apply. I cannot be held responsible for any delays due to customs.

Estimated Delivery & Arrival Times

Please see individual items for estimated delivery times. I cannot be held responsible for delays due to postal strikes or any other postal issues. I will of course work with you to find a solution in these instances. In the event of items going missing in the post you will be offered a replacement or refund. 

Planning Ahead

Please ensure you plan ahead and order in plenty of time for the occassion/event. I cannot be held responsible for an order arriving after your planned event date if you ordered too late according to estimated dispatch times.
